The currency of payment is the Belarusian Ruble (BYN).

Payment can be performed:

• in cash or noncash;
• by MASTERCARD Worldwide, VISA Int., BELCARD, UnionPay credit cards.

Breakfast is included into accommodation rate.

Extra bed (a hideaway bed into a room) is provided upon prior request if available.

Children under 8 are offered free accommodation in case they stay together with their parents (guardians) in one room without providing an individual bed and breakfast.

Checkout time is 12:00 (guaranteed check-in and check-out time).

• The payment for accommodation is charged in accordance with the checkout time from 12:00 of the current day.
• When staying within 24 hours full day rate is charged.
• Upon arrival before check-in time from 00:00 to 12:00 (early check-in) an additional half of the day rate is charged.
• When leaving after checkout time from 12:00 to 24:00 (late checkout) an additional half of the day rate is charged, after 24:00 full day rate is charged.

If the Guest cancels the booking less than 24 hours before 12:00 of the arrival date, the Hotel has the right to charge the cost of one day stay according to the rate specified in the booking confirmation, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement with the Customer. This amount is a fee for the actual room downtime.

In case of change in the date of departure with a reduction in the length of stay relative to the confirmed reservation, the Guest is obliged to inform the Hotel at least 24 hours before the actual date of departure. Failing this, the Hotel has the right to charge full day rate, unless otherwise provided by the Agreement with the Customer. This amount is a fee for the actual room downtime.
